This series is different than what we have done in the past! Instead of the usual webinar style we’ve been offering, participants can now opt to interact on camera and have a more interpersonal experience between Nicole and other participants! The class will be 1 hour long! We will be teaching all the important details to properly prepare these delicious Iranian recipes with layers of flavor! You will leave the course feeling confident and excited to make Traditonal Iranian kabob for your friends and family!

1. Once you register online for this class, you will receive an email with a Zoom link, password for each course along with a PDF menu packet with the 5 recipes that we will be teaching for each class series.We recommend that students watch the cooking demonstration and take notes rather than cooking along with us. We feel that students learn better this way! However, if you would like to cook along you are always welcome too, this is just a suggestion! The recorded video of each class series will be sent 3 days after each course.
