Nicole is excited to cook and teach an all new Italian Dinner Party Menu with you all! Join Nicole at NicoleskitchenLA located at a private location in the heart of Beverly Hills on October 15th from (6-9pm) as she shares an all new Italian style dinner menu with seasonal ingredients. Nicole will teach you how to prepare efficiently so that you will be able to cook efficiently and without making a mess in your kitchen! This class will be limited to 20 seats only, come hungry and ready to learn and enjoy a special evening! Please note you are welcome to bring alcohol of choice, we will pour for you!

Menu:

1. Italian kale + cabbage salad with crushed almonds, bread crumbs, parmesans, and red grapes in a lemon dijon vinaigrette

2. Mushroom Truffle Parpadelle Pasta finished with slow cooked wine braised beef shoulder

3. Eggplant + Spinach Ricotta Parmesan

4. Roasted juicy lemon + wine reduction butterflied herb chicken with cherry tomato vinaigrette

5. Roasted salmon with parsley gremolata, garlic craime frache, and roasted farro medley

A Note from Nicole: 

1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. Location will be sent to your email the day before class. 

2.Parking is available on the street.

3. Please arrive at 6 pm for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30  pm. No exceptions. 

4. You are also welcome to bring alcohol of your choice, we will chill it for you!

5. The class will end at 7:30 pm. Dinner to be served after class until 9 pm

7.  Appetizers are dairy and vegatarian

8. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/ food allergies prior to signing up for the class, we will try our best to accommodate you. 

9. NicolesKitchenLA uses seasonal ingredients menu items are subject to change. 

10. NicolesKitchenLA does not have a refund policy under any circumstance. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable to a later date. Please advise. 

11. Meat and Chicken is Glatt Kosher, however dairy will be served at the same time. We are a Kosher Style Kitchen. If you have questions about Kashrut, please email us.
